TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Mobile Appointments are only available on weekdays (Mon-Thurs). A garage and power source are required for all mobile appointments. If either is not available please select in shop service.


Appointment Confirmation:

By scheduling a tint appointment with Hitek Houston, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.


Shade Selection:

The legal tint limits in Texas are 25% on front windows and any darkness on the rear windows. Front windshields may have a tint with a maximum light transmittance of 72%. Any shade selection beyond these legal limits is the responsibility of the customer.


Drop Off Time:

The selected appointment time represents the drop-off time for your vehicle.


Drop-Off or Waiting Area:

Hitek Houston offers drop-off for your convenience. We do have a waiting area in the event you would prefer to wait in the shop while we complete tint installation. 


Queue System:

Texas Tinted operates on a queue system. Your vehicle will be serviced in the order of drop-off time, and completion times may vary based on the scope of work for each vehicle.


Completion Time Estimate:

Hitek Houston Tinted strives to complete tinting services in a timely manner, the actual completion time may depend on the complexity of the job and the number of vehicles ahead of yours. We priortize quality of installation over speed of installation.


Vehicle Readiness:

Upon completion of the tinting service, Texas Tinted will notify you promptly. Please ensure that you are available to pick up your vehicle within a reasonable time after notification.


Late Pickup:

Hitek Houston reserves the right to charge a storage fee for vehicles left overnight. Shop closing time is 6pm. Please inquire about these fees with our staff in the event you're not able to pickup the vehicle by closing time. 


Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Texas Tinted at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in rescheduling fees and deposit forfeiture.


Vehicle Condition:

Hitek Houston is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or conditions on your vehicle. We recommend documenting the condition of your vehicle before drop-off.


Payment:

Payment for tinting services is due upon completion of the job. Texas Tinted accepts various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and other agreed-upon methods.


Customer Satisfaction:

Hitek Houston is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with the tinting service, please notify our staff promptly, and we will work to address and resolve the matter.


Refund Policy:

Hitek Houston does not offer refunds. However, we are committed to correcting any issues that may arise during the tinting service. Please notify our staff promptly if you have concerns.


Automated Text Messages:

By scheduling an appointment with Hitek Houston, you agree to receive automated text messages for appointment reminders and notifications.

Contract Agreement:


A contract outlining the terms and conditions of the tinting service will be sent to you prior to your appointment. Please read and sign the contract before the scheduled date.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:


Hitek Houston reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
